Do you offer Telehealth sessions?
Yes. Telehealth sessions are available via telephone or video-conference.
What days and times are available?
I offer appointments on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays, within standard business hours. The earliest appointments I have start at 8:30am, with the latest finishing at 5:00pm.

How do I book a first appointment?
Please contact me using the Enquiry function on the website, in the Contacts tab. You can also email, call or text using the information provided in the Contact tab. Patrick will respond and organise a date and time for your initial appointment.
How does it work with no reception staff?
Essentially, you come in for your session and make yourself comfortable in the waiting room. I’ll come out and welcome you into the therapy room at our scheduled start time. We’ll take care of the usual admin tasks (payment, booking or rescheduling appointments etc.) once our session concludes, or in between sessions using email or text.
What are my parking options?
There is parking available on site, with access to the premises via Cutbush Road. There is also street parking available on Cutbush or other nearby roads. In addition to this, there is an abundance of parking across the road at Coles.
How do I find the office?
When you arrive on the premises, you will see a central passageway that runs through the middle of the building. In the middle of that passageway, you'll see our signage on a large glass sliding door. Please enter, make yourself comfortable in the waiting room, and I'll come and greet you at the scheduled start time for our appointment.
Do I need a referral to book an appointment?
No, you do not need a referral. However, you will not be eligible to receive a Medicare rebate without one. Please see the ‘Fees & Referrals’ tab for more information.
What payment methods are available?
Payment is taken through debit or credit card at the conclusion of each session.
I am in crisis now, what should I do?
Patrick Sullivan Psychology is not a crisis or emergency service. If you are in need of emergency services, please call 000.
